Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This is a working terms of service for the L1 private build phase. It will be expanded before any external user invitation.
Acceptance
By using Yotzer during the L1 private build phase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Yotzer is
Yotzer is a content production studio with a set of tools that help you draft, write, and produce content in your brand voice. Yotzer is currently in a private beta build and is offered to a limited group of early users.
Beta status, provided as-is
Yotzer is a beta product offered as-is and as-available. We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features are subject to change, and we are able to add, alter, pause, or withdraw any part of the service during the beta period without notice.
Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us at support@yotzer.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Bring your own key
Yotzer runs on a bring-your-own-key model. You connect your own AI provider API key, and you pay that provider directly for the usage you generate. You are responsible for following your provider's terms and for any charges, rate limits, or outages on their side. Yotzer is not a party to your agreement with your AI provider and is not responsible for their costs, availability, or output. Your API key is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-tenant key derivation, and is never logged in plain text.
Ownership of your content
You own the material you put into Yotzer (your Input) and the material the tools generate for you (your Output), to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent Yotzer holds any rights in your Output, Yotzer assigns those rights to you. Yotzer does not claim ownership of or a license over your Input or Output, and processes your content only to deliver the tools to you while you use the service. We do not use your Input or Output to train any AI model.
AI disclosure
Yotzer tools rely on AI models. AI output is probabilistic. It is generated by predicting likely text or images, not by retrieving verified facts. Output is sometimes inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it. Depending on your jurisdiction, AI-generated material might not qualify for copyright protection. Treat every Output as a draft that needs human review. For the AI models we use and how AI content is marked, see our AI Disclosure.
Acceptable use
When you use Yotzer, you agree not to:
- create or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others
- harass, abuse, or harm other people
- reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service, or work around usage limits or security controls
- use the service in a way that disrupts it for other users
We reserve the right to review accounts that we believe break these rules.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or end access to any account that violates these terms or that puts the service or its users at risk. You are able to stop using Yotzer at any time, and you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to support@yotzer.app. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Copyright and takedown
Yotzer responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and removes or disables material when a valid notice is received. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. For the full notice-and-takedown process, the elements a valid notice must include, and the counter-notification steps, see our DMCA Notice and Takedown page.
Changes to these terms
We are able to update these terms as Yotzer grows. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute connected to these terms or to your use of Yotzer falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel. If you are an EU/EEA resident, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer and data-protection law in your country of residence, and your rights under the GDPR are described in our Privacy Policy.
Arbitration and class-action waiver (United States users)
This section applies only to users domiciled in the United States. If you are a United States user, you and Yotzer agree to resolve any dispute connected to these terms or to your use of Yotzer through binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party is able to bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You and Yotzer waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or take part in a class action, collective action, or representative action.
This section does not apply to users in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any country whose law does not permit it. If you are an EU, EEA, or UK consumer, the arbitration and class-action waiver above do not apply to you, and you keep every right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under your local mandatory consumer-protection law. The governing-law section above continues to apply to all users outside the United States.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yotzer is provided without warranties of any kind. Yotzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost data, or for losses arising from your use of AI output or from your AI provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
