Set up your API key in 3 minutes

BYOK means you connect your own AI provider's API key. Here is the full setup, start to finish.

What you need

An account with your AI provider, which is free to create.

Yotzer starts with Anthropic (Claude). More providers coming soon.

Step 1: Get your key
Go to console.anthropic.com, open API Keys, and create a key. Name it Yotzer. Copy it.
Step 2: Paste it in Yotzer
Open Dashboard, then Settings, then API Key. Paste your key and save.

Step 3: Keep it safe
Treat your key like a password. A few habits keep it secure.
- Store a backup in a password manager (Bitwarden, 1Password, or similar).
- Never share it in chat, email, or screenshots.
- Set a monthly spend cap in your provider's dashboard.
- If it is compromised, rotate it immediately from your provider's console.
